Chapter 173 Give Me a good venting
Chapter 173 Give Me a good venting
Tan Haoyu sensed Zhu Ziqing's subtle movements and changes in her eyes, and kissed her again.
His kiss was both gentle and forceful, leading her into their world of joy.
His strength, passion, gentleness, and toughness all made Zhu Ziqing deeply feel that at this moment, their world consisted only of each other.
"Ziqing..." Tan Haoyu called her name again and again, showing his love for her in the most direct and primal way.
From initial discomfort to eventual physical and mental harmony, they reached their own paradise together.
Zhu Ziqing hugged him tightly, feeling his body temperature and heartbeat, and the panic and unease in her heart gradually dissipated.
She knew that no matter how many unknowns and challenges the future held, as long as he was by her side, she would no longer feel lonely or afraid.
After two long and intimate encounters, Zhu Ziqing was exhausted.
She lay on Tan Haoyu's chest, feeling completely drained of energy, unable even to move a finger.
Her breathing was still a little rapid, her cheeks were flushed, and the stray hairs on her forehead were soaked with sweat and stuck to her skin.
Tan Haoyu held her tightly, his arms so strong it seemed he wanted to meld her into his body, silently expressing his deep affection.
The room was so quiet that only the two of them could be heard breathing.
After a long while, Tan Haoyu asked in a deep and sexy voice, "What's wrong today? Why are you acting so strangely?"
Zhu Ziqing closed her eyes and lazily hummed, "Didn't I tell you? I'm jealous."
Tan Haoyu chuckled softly, his fingers gently stroking her back: "Just jealousy? Nothing else?"
Zhu Ziqing was getting annoyed by his question, so she looked up and glared at him: "I already said I'm jealous, why are you still asking!"
Her tone carried a hint of annoyance, but more of a coquettish quality.
Tan Haoyu wasn't angry. Instead, he gently ruffled her hair and said in a soft but firm tone, "We're husband and wife. You can tell me anything. You don't have to keep it to yourself."
Zhu Ziqing felt a warmth in her heart upon hearing this, but she refused to back down verbally.
She suddenly lowered her head and bit Tan Haoyu hard on the left chest, leaving a deep tooth mark that even bled.
"Does it hurt?" She looked up, a hint of provocation in her eyes.
Tan Haoyu glanced down and a smile appeared on his lips: "It doesn't hurt."
His tone was relaxed, as if the pain was nothing at all.
Zhu Ziqing stared at him, a complex emotion flashing in her eyes.
She bit him because she wanted to leave her mark on him, hoping that the mark would never disappear.
She wanted him to remember that he was hers, and could only belong to her.
Tan Haoyu seemed to see through her thoughts and said softly, "I know what you're thinking. Actually, I've hurt you before, haven't I?"
His fingers gently traced her shoulder, where the marks he had left before still remained.
"We belong to each other, and experiencing pain is an inevitable part of the process."
Zhu Ziqing's heart skipped a beat upon hearing this.
She didn't care that he had hurt her; on the contrary, she felt that the pain was an important step for them to truly belong to each other.
She leaned against his chest and whispered, "I just... don't want to lose you."
Tan Haoyu looked down at her, his eyes full of doting: "Silly girl, you will never lose me."
He liked her childlike and sentimental side, and he liked that she showed her true self to him without reservation.
He didn't want her to maintain the rationality and composure she displayed at work in front of him; he wanted her to be a carefree little woman, someone he could protect.
"Ziqing..." he called her name softly, but received no response.
Looking down, he saw that Zhu Ziqing was exhausted and had fallen into a deep sleep on his chest.
Her breathing was steady and long, and the corners of her lips were slightly upturned, as if she were having a sweet dream.
Tan Haoyu looked at her, his heart softening.
He knew that the gloom in her heart had dissipated, and that she was now relaxed and at ease.
He lowered his head and kissed her slightly upturned lips, savoring the taste gently and tenderly.
In the room, only the sound of their intertwined breathing remained, warm and romantic.
……
The next day, the sun rose high in the sky.
Zhu Ziqing slowly woke up, still feeling somewhat weak, but the fatigue from the first time was much less.
She slowly opened her eyes and instinctively looked out the window, only to find the room empty; Tan Haoyu was nowhere to be seen.
She frowned, reached for her phone and turned it on. The time displayed on the screen startled her—it was almost 11 a.m.
"I slept for so long..." she muttered to herself, and just as she was about to get out of bed, her phone suddenly rang.
The caller ID showed Li Siqi.
Zhu Ziqing answered the phone, but before she could even speak, Li Siqi's anxious voice came through: "Ziqing, could you come to the studio? There's an order that the customer is very dissatisfied with, and I really can't handle it!"
Zhu Ziqing frowned and subconsciously asked, "What order? What's the customer's problem?"
Li Siqi didn't explain in detail, but just said hastily, "It's hard to explain over the phone, you'd better come over quickly!"
After saying that, she hung up the phone.
Zhu Ziqing looked at her phone screen, feeling somewhat helpless, but still decided to go to the studio as soon as possible to check on the situation.
She had just sat up when she suddenly noticed a note on the bedside table.
She picked it up and saw that it was left by Tan Haoyu.
"Ziqing, I'm going on a business trip for three days. Take good care of yourself. — Haoyu"
Zhu Ziqing read the contents of the note aloud, a sense of disappointment rising in her heart.
But soon, she shook her head and laughed self-deprecatingly: "It's just a business trip, what's there to be disappointed about?"
She quickly packed her things and decided to take Xiaohua with her to stay with Li Siqi for a few days.
Since Tan Haoyu wasn't home, it wouldn't be interesting for her to be alone, so she might as well go to the studio to help out.
After getting into the taxi, Zhu Ziqing held Xiaohua in her arms, still thinking about the unsatisfactory order.
Just then, the phone rang again.
She looked down and saw that it was Tan Haoyu calling.
"Awake?" Tan Haoyu's voice was deep and gentle on the other end of the phone.
"Yes, I just woke up," Zhu Ziqing replied softly.
"I'll have Aunt Chen prepare some food for you, remember to eat," Tan Haoyu instructed.
Zhu Ziqing paused for a moment and said, "No need. I'm on my way to Li Siqi's place. I have some work to do, so I might have to stay at her place for a few days."
After a few seconds of silence on the other end of the phone, Tan Haoyu's voice came through again: "Are you... angry?"
Zhu Ziqing was taken aback, somewhat puzzled: "Angry? Why would I be angry?"
Tan Haoyu seemed relieved, and his tone became more relaxed: "That's good. Take care of yourself, and call me if anything happens."
"Okay, you too." Zhu Ziqing replied simply and then hung up the phone.
