HP: White Lord of Slytherin

Chapter 148 Scheduled Cooperation

Chapter 148 Scheduled Cooperation

Gloria has a considerable deterrent effect on Slytherin House. No one spreads what happens in the classroom, for fear of getting into trouble.

All Dumbledore talked to her about was not being too impulsive and his admiration for her wandless spellcasting.

When Professor Snape learned the whole story, his usually gloomy face briefly showed joy, and he gave a light seven-day confinement.

Gloria's detention was to correct homework. Slytherin and Ravenclaw were okay, but the homework of the other two houses was so much that it made her blood boil.

When she came out, Draco was leaning against the wall. When he saw her, he immediately came over and asked, "Is it over?"

"Yeah." Gloria nodded, "Just come over when you have free time, let's go to Hagrid's place."

Recently, Hagrid asked students to observe the skrewts every other day to find out what they like to eat.

It should be said that the homework assigned by professors recently is very heavy. Professor McGonagall has asked them to prepare for next year's OWL exam in advance.

"Lori, luckily I have the snake scales you gave me."

Draco already knew that he could break free from the Imperius Curse, thanks to this snake scale, otherwise...

Gloria stopped and raised her hand to touch his left cheek, her eyes serious, "I said I love you, so no one can hurt you."

The boy covered her hand, his gray-blue eyes gentle and affectionate.

Gloria felt that her Draco should be unbridled and always look down on others.

"No student in our college has spoken out about this. I have also written a letter to my father, and I must catch him doing many wrong things and expose them all later." Draco was waiting for Moody to leave at the end of the school year before taking revenge.

Hagrid happened to be in the hut today, and they heard humming. There were several boxes placed at the door. The blasting-tailed skrewt had grown a lot bigger now, and it looked completely different every time it came.

"How disgusting--" Draco was disgusted as always, but he was willing to pick up the tongs and throw the prepared food into the box.

"Leah, you're here." Hagrid heard the voice and greeted Gloria enthusiastically, "Oh, about you and Professor Moody, I learned about it from Headmaster Dumbledore. He was not like this before."

Gloria said, "It's okay, Hagrid. I've accepted the punishment. This matter is over now. Don't let more people know about it."

"Principal Dumbledore reminded me." Hagrid covered his mouth with his hand. "By the way, the school posted a notice today. You can go to the entrance hall to read it after you finish feeding."

Draco stopped feeding. "What announcement?"

Hagrid didn't want to talk to him, and his attitude suddenly turned cold. "You'll know when you see it."

Gloria picked up the clip, "Thank you, Hagrid, we'll go check it out later."

Just as Hagrid said, there was a notice posted in the entrance hall and many students were crowded there.

The announcement indicated that Beauxbatons and Durmstrang schools would arrive at 6pm on the 30th of this month, and every student was required to finish their classes early and be at the door to greet them.

There is only one week left until the 30th, which means the Warriors will be selected in a week.

Each house was discussing the best candidate. Slytherin felt it was a pity that Gloria was less than seventeen years old, otherwise she would definitely be a warrior of Hogwarts.

The Weasley twins from Gryffindor often clamored about overcoming age issues, Ravenclaw was relatively quiet, and Hufflepuff of course supported the favorite Cedric Diggory.

Gloria didn't care about all this. She used her free time in the afternoon to help Professor Snape correct homework. She was the one who corrected Gryffindor and Hufflepuff's homework, and she needed to calm down after each check.

When everything was done and it was almost time for dinner, Professor Snape asked her to go back.

After walking a few steps out, I encountered two sneaky figures. With their flamboyant red hair and similar body shapes, I knew who they were at a glance.

"Fred, George, what are you doing here?"

When they saw it was her, the twins said in unison: "We came to find you."

Gloria was puzzled, "Looking for me?"

Fred ran up to her in two or three steps. "About our money-making plan."

George: “Very important.”

Gloria continued walking towards the auditorium. "Go ahead."

Fred: "We need to find a way to reach the seventeen-year-old requirement so we can participate in the Triwizard Tournament."

George: "I have borrowed the pure gold cauldron, but I am still short of some potion ingredients. We can't go to Diagon Alley now, so..."

Gloria had already guessed, "Making an anti-aging potion?"

The twins said in unison: "Correct!"

Gloria said, "Magic potion materials, huh? Never mind, I'll sell them to you at the original price when I find all the materials later."

Fred high-fived his brother. "Thanks, Leah. I knew I had found the right person."

George: "One thousand Galleons are ours!"

Gloria thought that as long as you don't go into Professor Snape's medicine storage room, it will be fine. "I don't think it's that easy. Many people can think of this."

"But not many can make it successfully." Fred said confidently.

"We must try anyway." George, like his brother, was not going to give up.

"Your money hasn't been taken away. I saw you saved quite a bit last time. Do you want to win a thousand Galleons to buy a broom?"

If she hadn't been there at the time, the twins would have been cheated out of everything.

Fred immediately shook his head, "No, it's more important than buying a broom."

George said, "We're going to open a shop, Weasleys' Wizard Wonky Joke Shop."

Gloria asked, "But you haven't even graduated yet, and you want to open a store?"

Fred: "In fact, we are already in business, but we haven't bought a store yet. Currently, we receive orders and then ship."

George: "We're not planning on going to the Ministry of Magic, so we might as well start our careers sooner rather than later."

From the products received from the Weasley twins in the past two years, it can be seen that they have good talents in spells and potions, and they also have business acumen.

Gloria said, "When you buy the store, I want to discuss cooperation with you."

The wizarding world was experiencing a decline in innovative prank products, and needed talents like the two of them. This was also her first serious business investment.

The twins were of course willing, "Anytime!"

When they reached the first floor, the three of them met Filch. Mrs. Norris meowed and looked at the ground.

There were two clear muddy footprints behind the three people, except for the bottom of Gloria's shoes which were clean.

The portraits in the corridor were already covering their faces and laughing out loud. After posting the notice, Filch began to clean the castle thoroughly, polishing everything from portraits to armor to a shine, and he also kept a close eye on the students' hygiene.

Filch pointed at the twins, trembling. "You again. Stay and clean up the dirt immediately!"

The Weasley twins turned and ran without saying a word, and Mrs. Norris immediately followed.

"Stop!" Filch chased after him angrily. "I worked so hard to mop the floor, and you two..."

The voice had faded away. Mr. Filch was a Squib and could not use magic to clean like a wizard. Thinking of this, Gloria glanced at the muddy footprints behind her. She waved her wand lightly, and the footprints formed by mud and other dirt stood up from the floor, jumping and hopping in a line to the outside of the castle.
